Shakespeare as a poet, as an artist. Are you one?
Shakespeare’s sonnets are the most famous, they are really impressive taking into account the structure and the vocabulary that the poet used.

The Shakespearean sonnets have fourteen lines, which are divided into three quatrains with four lines each and a final two lines, called the couplet. The rhyme scheme of the quatrains is abab cdcd efef gg. The number of syllables is ten per line.
Are you going to be a Shakespearean Poet? Can you create a poet of your own?
I invite you to invent a poem, if you are not skillful, don’t worry. Look for a Shakespeare’s sonnet and create your own calligram.
What is a Calligram?: “a calligram is a phrase, a poem, or word in which the typeface or handwriting is arranged in a way that creates a visual image.”
